Pick Up Orders:
Orders are ready on the same business day. Usually within 2-4 hours. Any order placed after 5pm PST, will be processed the following business day.
Pick up orders are Not Availble on weekends.
After customer receives pick up notification, customer has 5 days to pick up order. If item(s) are not picked up within this timeframe, order will be cancelled and customer will be refunded partially. A 15% restocking fee will be applied from the order. Customer may repurchase their items based on their availability, as items may become out of stock.
